open position - CAD/DRAFTER II
DLBA is looking for a CAD/Drafter II to perform 3D modelling, drafting, and drawing tasks using CAD software. Requires skill in drafting methods, procedures, and techniques. Develops surface and solid models of both structured and freeform, curved surfaces. Produces professional-looking drawings in compliance with accepted drawing standards when provided technical input and guidance from a more experienced designer or engineer. Receives direct supervision. Associates Degree or High School Diploma plus two years work experience required. Proficiency in 3D surface modelling and 2D drawing software desired. Reports to Chesapeake office.
