Robert provides the leadership and operational direction of DLBA's design office. In addition to functioning personally as Project Design Manager for development of major motor yachts, he is responsible for assuring that highly-qualified staffing is available for meeting growing demands of design and engineering tasks. His years of experience with marine electrical design are invaluable, especially for operational problem-solving tasks. Robert has authored and presented technical papers and lectures on topics related to the design of motor yachts and boats for marine professional and trade associations.

Robert received his BSET (Electrical) from Old Dominion University.
