Jim has extensive experience for high value projects as design manager as well as providing technical construction support in shipyards around the world. He has thorough technical understanding of main propulsion and auxiliary systems for marine craft which is necessary for careful weight management during the design process. His working knowledge of a wide variety of computer programming languages is valuable as DLBA functions entirely with clients via exchange of computer files for the timely delivery of technical work product.

Jim received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia.
