Jeff is responsible for production boat, sportfishing boat, and motor yacht design and evaluation, performance predictions,
structural design, stability calculations, and developing hydrodynamic model test programs. He is a skilled boat
operator and is experienced in overseeing vessel repairs in the shipyard. He received his B.S. degree in Naval
Architecture/Marine engineering from Webb Institute, and his M.S. degree in Marine Engineering from the University
of Newcastle upon Tyne. He is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia.
