James has a background in planing craft hydrodynamic prediction and powering. He is well versed in the
naval architecture aspects of a wide range of vessels, from small planing craft to large military ships.
James received his B.S. in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Webb Institute of Naval
Architecture. He has passed the F.E. exam and is working toward his P.E. license.
