Dick is a consulting associate with extensive experience in program management and new program development, particularly with regard to high-tech government marine projects. He is able to provide full-range technical oversight and design from concept through detail design, construction, testing, and evaluation of advanced, high-speed marine vehicles and associated technologies.

His past experiences with design of manned and unmanned marine craft, power generation and distribution systems, integration and controls of subsystems, and the development and testing of full spectrum signature reduction techniques as applied to small craft make him a valuable asset to DLBA's involvement in cutting-edge government and civilian projects.
