Bill develops business relationships through marketing activities, prepares proposals, and negotiates
contracts for DLBA consulting services; he also provides corporate financial management oversight as well
as exploring evolving commercial opportunities which might be in accord with resources so that our business
strategy/model leads industry trends.
Bill received his B.S. degree in Business Finance from Old Dominion University.
